About Nicola 

NIcola is an artist, designer, illustrator and editor based in Wicklow, Ireland. She worked in Emerald City Productions in Dun Laoghaire, Dublin as an animator for five years, and then worked for nearly ten years in Mentor Books publishing company as a designer and illustrator.

 

She now utilises her skills in various roles. Her art commissions include storyboards, comic strips, illustrations and cartoons for schoolbooks, general books and individuals. 

Design work includes promotional material, logos and book design and layout.

As an editor Nicola has worked on many books and documents for publishers and individuals. Publications include: The Dublin Pubspotters' Guide by Mac Moloney, Erindipity by David Kenny, The Stone Cutter's Son by Jimmy Ryan and Crime or Compassion? by Gail O’Rorke.
 
Nicola teaches drawing and painting at Ballsbridge College of Further Education, Dublin, and also hold regular drawing courses in Bray, Co Wicklow.
